The picture above is the tree champion character that won the most votes from his friends, created by one of Elm class students. His character is called ‘ Travis Fire Breathing Tree’ and it starts campfires, so you don’t have to use a flint and steel. Completely independent work from all the children, including watching a short film on the importance of trees.
Due to extreme weather, we have re-scheduled our Forest School Festival to Wednesday 20th July 2022. The festival will be held between 10am - 2.15pm. This event is open to all parents/carers and families of our students here at Stanton Vale School.

After-school Forest School club started this week with students learning to dig with their spades. Despite the weather they enjoyed exploring the environment and learning new skills.
