Elm class were making birdfeeders outside at forest school today and hanging them on the trees and willow for the birds.

TG3 Enterprise at Ilkeston Market

As part of TG3 class’ summer term, they have been developing their enterprise project. They have had the opportunity to show the ceramics they have been making at Ilkeston Market.

You would be welcome to come down to Ilkeston Market to see what we have made between the approximate time of 10 am and 11:30 am. Students will be taking money and working with peers selling their goods as market traders. Students will be supervised at all times and the trip will be within school hours.

Forest School – The Green Tree Award Scheme

The picture above is the tree champion character that won the most votes from his friends, created by one of Elm class students. His character is called ‘ Travis Fire Breathing Tree’ and it starts campfires, so you don’t have to use a flint and steel. Completely independent work from all the children, including watching a short film on the importance of trees.
